"Search no further if you're looking for a savvy, smart, skillful, funny, aggressive, hard working incredible broker who will go above and beyond not only every day, but every hour, quite possibly every minute of every hour, to get the job done. Ian is very simply the best at what he does. He was highly recommended to me by my friend who heads up the Chicago and Suburban regions for Coldwell Banker, and true to his word, Ian did not disappoint. Ian met with me, understood my (lengthy) criteria and priorities, immediately started sending listings and proactively customized hand picked options that he thought would be of interest. We would tour properties whenever I wanted to head out and he was prepared, organized, and personally knew many of the listing agents from being a top producer for so many years. We found the perfect place after a few months and then had the difficult task of getting it at the price I wanted. This is where Ian really shines and his mental rigor as a former lawyer came into play. He is a masterful and brilliant negotiator. For this reason alone, it would be a mistake not to hire Ian if you are looking to purchase a new house. Ian does not stop working for you until you have the deal closed, keys in hand and are fully happy. I have the highest regard for his capability and would highly recommend him to family and friends. Plus, he's hilarious so I promise that you will have fun in the process." - Yelp Review by Victoria K.
